Recycled Jewellery Designs
This new range of necklaces is unique in design and made entirely from recycled materials. Each pendant is made out of interesting cutlery which is creatively crafted into a distinctive and beautiful pendant. Simultaneously the cord in hand made by braiding strips of recycled plastic bags to achieve a strong but detailed neck chain. Combined together the discarded cutlery and plastic are transformed into an innovative and elegant new necklace.
The patterns are sometimes repeated on different coloured chains but each piece is an individual. I really like the playful use of materials and finding new uses for old objects.

Spoon and Fork pendants Each piece of cutlery has it's own history and individuality, on one piece the previous owner had scribed a 'DS' into the back to reminded themselves that this was a Desert Spoon - I love small details like this that make each piece so unique and a joy to make.
